Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to the paid plans of Veqlon, a service of Gyanesh Kumar Pandey (proprietor), Lucknow, India ("we"). Veqlon is a digital service: we deliver no physical goods.

1. The free trial

The free trial is 30 days. It needs no card and costs nothing. At the end of the trial, no payment is taken unless you choose a plan.

2. Monthly plans

• Plans do not renew by themselves. A monthly plan ends at the end of the paid month, unless you pay the next month. You do not need to stop it.
• We do not refund monthly payments.

3. Stop a yearly plan

• You can stop a yearly plan at any time. We refund the whole months that are left after the month in which you stop. The month in which you stop counts as used.
• Example: you paid for January to December, and you stop on 15 February. February counts as used. March to December are left: 10 months. We refund 10/12 of the amount that you paid.
• The plan ends at the end of the month in which you stop.

4. Payments by mistake

If you paid twice for the same period by mistake, we refund the second payment in full.

5. How refunds are paid

• We refund to the same card, bank account or UPI account that you used for the payment.
• We start the refund within 5 working days after we accept it. Your bank or card company can take 5 to 10 more working days to show it.
• For customers in India, the refund includes the GST of the refunded amount.

6. What happens to your data

When a plan ends, your data stays safe and readable for 90 days, and you can export it. People cannot add new work. After 90 days without a plan, we delete the business. See the terms of service.

7. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address of the owner of the business. Give the address of your Veqlon and the payment id from your receipt. We answer within 2 working days.
